Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts and solutions that meet project requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the design and construction process
• Lead clients through Zenith's integrated project delivery process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all stakeholders
• Create & present both detailed design drawings/specifications using Chief Architecture software and mood boards/selections that wow our clients
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate design implementation
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine the final design
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in design, project management, and customer service
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
• Proven ability to lead clients through the integrated project delivery process and create raving fans
