Zenith Design Build is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Account Executive to become the next Design-Build Consultant. At Zenith, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clients through our proven Design-Build process to reach the end destination -- a completed project with a raving fan. Through this, you will be contributing to our mission to become the national standard in the residential remodeling industry. Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and qualification.
• Educate clients on Zenith's services and value.
• Qualify and enter client information into our CRM.
• Conduct in-home consultations, discussing project scope and budget.
• Assist clients in understanding our process roadmap.
• Drive clients to commit to purchasing the Design Plan Package.
• Manage project progress, documentation, and communication up to date of sale.
• Prepare contracts and agreements.
• Lead client meetings and ensure successful project kickoffs.
• Support marketing and client engagement efforts.
• Celebrate the project's success to drive future business.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales and project management experience, preferably in construction or design.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
