Entry Level Designer

Zenith Design + Build is seeking a talented Entry Level Interior Designer with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Clive, Iowa. As an entry level interior designer at Zenith, you will have the opportunity to work under the direction of mid to senior level designers providing assistance on exciting projects that push the boundaries of innovation and creativity. We are seeking a passionate, detail -oriented individual with a drive to create exceptional work and work in a team environment. Our entry level interior designer will be a part of our 90 day program to evaluate if this position is a good fit for both parties.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts and solutions that meet project requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the design and construction process
• Lead clients through Zeniths integrated project delivery process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all stakeholders
• Create & present both detailed design drawings/specifications using Chief Architecture and moodboards/selections that wow are clients
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate design implementation
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine the final design
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work
• Assist design team with maintaining design library + studio
• Support business development activities
